All orders will ship after 7-10 business days** and can take longer during high peak times. (Keep in mind everything is handmade as ordered) With this being said, products are liable to be out of stock at any given time of the month. If an item is out of stock, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm when product will be back in stock.

Please keep in mind that many of our emails are sent automatically and can end up in your spam folder. Before you email us, check to see if our email has been labeled SPAM. Creole Secret Therapeutic Aromatherapy orders are run by ONE person. Please keep this in mind, especially during high volume (sales) times, which may mean that it takes a longer time to create your Signature or Custom blends and ship out.
**A business day is Monday-Friday and does not include holidays. Date of purchase does not count as day 1.
Before you purchase a product, make sure that you are aware of any dimensions and/or sizes and style of products that you are interested in on a particular product. Sometimes objects (products) seem larger on video or photo than in actual size.
**IMPORTANT: ANY DIFFUSER PURCHASED THAT BECOMES DEFECTIVE OR INOPERABLE WITHIN 30 DAYS CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT. (30 DAY WARRANTY ON ALL DIFFUSERS)
All purchases are shipped either priority mail or first class mail with USPS and usually arrive in 2-3 business days. Packages are delivered to local post offices and shipped through their services.
If a package is returned at fault of the buyer, the buyer will have to repay for shipping and handling. Be sure that you enter the correct address during checkout.
Orders can only be shipped to the address provided. Creole Secret will cover all shipping cost that have occurred due to our own clerical error.
Once tracking numbers are sent, they can take up to a minimum of 24 hours to be updated on the USPS website or simply not be updated until they are delivered. After the order is shipped, Creole Secret Therapeutic Aromatherapy is no longer responsible for packages. Should an error occur, please contact USPS or your local post office to resolve.
*All returned items that have refunded shipping will only have the credit for a package for USPS shipping as it was sent to buyer originally. (Not responsible for any shipping services other than USPS)
In cases where the package is returned to sender and Creole Secret Therapeutic Aromatherapy is not at fault, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping cost or if buyer request a refund for purchase, there will be a 40% restocking fee because all products are handmade per order and the products will be destroyed.
If you are requesting a signature confirmation – please indicate in the notes section during checkout. Signature confirmation will cost the customer an additional $2.35 and a separate PayPal invoice will be sent to the customer’s email address. Packages will not ship until payment is received for signature confirmation
